Business Development Manager – Partner & Growth

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You build our partner network — on both the driver side and the shipper side.
- Identify partners: You research which partners are a good fit for MUVN.
- Outreach and closing: You approach partners directly, conduct initial meetings, negotiate terms, and onboard them.
- Activate and develop partners: You ensure that your partners become truly active and transact through MUVN.
- Build sales processes: You contribute your experience, define playbooks, and lay the foundation for a scalable BD team.
- Work closely with the founders: You will work directly with Katharina, Massimo and Emre and see how decisions are made.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have prior experience in sales or business development.
- Ideally in logistics, mobility, or platform environments.
- You proactively approach people, listen, quickly understand business models, and think in numbers.
- You take ownership of your segment without needing daily follow-up.
- For you, closing is not a gamble but a craft.
- Driven people > degrees. Your mindset matters more than your diploma.
