About the role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and conversion projects, including defining timelines, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as primary point of contact for plan sponsors, advisors, and partners.
- Ensure high-quality service measured through client satisfaction.
- Manage team tasks and workloads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of retirement plan implementation or administration experience.
- Strong understanding of plan design, ERISA, and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with retirement systems and Microsoft Office.
