About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for developing the entire project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, control and monitoring of projects/organizational demands that involve strategies to improve customer service and address company needs.
Lead and manage service projects, performing all project control and monitoring, as well as managing all communication with stakeholders.
Open and monitor requests for call center infrastructure.
Lead and oversee the implementation of project technical infrastructure.
Direct and track the full chain of requests to IT.
Prepare RFPs with the requesting areas and follow the negotiation and procurement process.
Monitor projects with IT, controlling the demand chain with scope, schedules and financial oversight.
Apply project management techniques to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project management, preferably with IVR and automated customer service.
Bachelor’s degree.
PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
Analytical skills for interpreting KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
