Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic Partnership and Client Expectation Management
Act as a senior Business Partner to VPs and directors of client areas, maintaining a proactive relationship agenda and biweekly alignment of priorities;
Actively manage expectations: anticipate scope changes, communicate risks before they become surprises, and negotiate deadlines based on the squad’s real capacity;
Translate business requests into concrete initiatives with KPIs, owners, and dates — never accept a vague request without a clear definition of success;
Build trusting relationships based on consistent delivery and radical transparency, not on likeability.
Squad and Demand Management
Manage the area’s demand backlog: prioritize, sequence, and allocate team capacity according to business impact and strategic urgency;
Lead lightweight, effective rituals with the squad (planning, review, retrospective) that increase velocity, not bureaucracy;
Monitor delivery progress in real time, identify blockers and remove them before they impact committed deadlines;
Ensure clarity of role, expectations, and priority for each squad member — zero ambiguity in responsibility;
Manage individual performance with continuous feedback, public recognition of strong deliveries, and direct conversations when necessary.
Analytical Intelligence and Use of AI
Lead strategic analyses using generative AI and data as the primary inputs for any client recommendation;
Build and present executive briefings with scenarios, recommendations, and financial impact — at least monthly for the board;
Ensure 100% of the squad’s deliveries are data-backed and have demonstrable ROI;
Use AI to optimize management itself: automate status reports, synthesize meetings, and analyze portfolio risks.
Results and Governance
Be directly accountable for internal client NPS, the squad’s on-time delivery, and performance KPIs of the channels under your management;
Build and monitor a roadmap of initiatives that impact P&L, reporting progress in biweekly cycles to the board;
Maintain full visibility over the portfolio: what is in progress, what is at risk, what requires decisions — no surprises for anyone.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in analytical fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration). MBA is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
Minimum 4 years in strategic/consultative roles in telecom, tech, or top-tier consulting.
Required: proven experience managing teams and demand backlogs (squad, tribe, or equivalent).
Advanced data proficiency: reads Python/SQL, interprets statistical models, and builds narratives with Power BI or similar tools.
Daily advanced user of Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent. Familiar with prompting, RAG, and automation of workflows with AI.
