About the role

  • Work on the development, evolution, and maintenance of conversational text (WhatsApp) and voice (IVR) bots, focusing on generative AI solutions and building intelligent conversational flows using LLMs integrated with messaging platforms and APIs;
  • Interact directly with internal clients to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and actively participate in squad refinement activities;
  • Design conversation flows — text and voice — with a focus on user experience and alignment with business requirements;
  • Integrate bots with APIs, legacy systems, and messaging platforms;
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality, actively contributing to an AI adoption culture within the squad;
  • Write and review automated tests, ensuring the quality and stability of deliveries;
  • Document technical solutions and developed flows, keeping knowledge accessible to the team;
  • Identify and propose technical and experience improvements for existing bots;
  • Collaborate with the QA team during validation and acceptance of deliveries;
  • Share technical knowledge with the team collaboratively, contributing to the squad's collective growth.

Requirements

  • Experience developing conversational solutions or automations integrated with APIs and messaging platforms;
  • Hands-on experience with projects involving generative AI and LLMs;
  • Proven experience working in agile squads, with active participation in technical refinement and end-to-end deliveries;
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET;
  • Integration with REST and SOAP APIs;
  • WhatsApp Business API;
  • Git flow and version control;
  • At least 2 years working on conversational bot development projects (text and/or voice);
  • Experience with production support and maintenance is a plus;
  • Conceptual understanding of voice protocols for IVR (VoIP, SIP, VoiceXML) — deeper technical training will be provided on the role;
  • Preferred: Experience using LLMs in real projects (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar);
  • Ability to craft and iterate prompts for different purposes — code generation, conversational responses, and task automation;
  • Use of AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day development;
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify limitations, and adjust approaches.
