About the role

  • Serve as the technical reference for the technology team, influencing Dev, BI, and QA teams horizontally. Lead by technical example, through delivery quality and the dissemination of best practices.
  • Guide the understanding of requests from internal clients, responsible for effort estimation and distribution of tasks according to each squad member's technical profile.
  • Actively contribute with code (~50% of the time), working on development and evolution of solutions. Participate in architecture decisions and guide the team's technical choices.
  • Define and review technical standards and coding best practices. Identify technical debt and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor technical progress of activities and flag impediments.
  • Provide technical mentorship, supporting the individual growth of squad members and raising the team's collective technical level.
  • Support the technical onboarding of new members. Promote a culture of AI adoption within the team and lead initiatives for process automation and productivity gains.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET, common software architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven), integration with REST and SOAP APIs, Git flow and versioning, technical effort analysis and estimation, code review and reading.
  • Advanced use of AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar), prompt writing for code generation, review and refactoring, critical assessment of AI outputs, basic understanding of LLM operation (context, tokens, temperature).
  • Intermediate knowledge of conversational bot and IVR ecosystems.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD, secure development best practices, and NLP applied to conversational solutions.
  • Advanced prompt engineering (few-shot, chain-of-thought), knowledge of leading models (GPT, Claude, Gemini and open-source), use of agents and AI automation flows (n8n, LangChain or similar), ability to identify productivity gains with AI in team processes.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Certifications in software architecture or Microsoft platforms (.NET, Azure) are a plus.
  • Courses focused on AI applied to development and prompt engineering.
