About the role
- This professional will act as the Scrum facilitator for a development squad focused on apps and websites, ensuring cadence and quality in ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, Retro) and continuous process improvement.
- Support the team in organizing work end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, promoting predictability of deliveries, dependency management and reduction of waste;
- Work in partnership with the Product Owner and Product leadership to improve the backlog, prioritization, definition of sprint goals and clarity of deliverables (e.g., well-written stories, objective acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done);
- Lead and encourage practices to raise delivery quality and efficiency, focusing on: app/site stability and performance; reduction of bugs and rework; improvement of cycle time (lead time/cycle time); increased predictability and achievement of targets.
- Remove impediments and unblock the team on topics common to digital products, such as: API/back-end dependencies, security, infrastructure, analytics, design system and publication in app stores (App Store/Google Play); alignments with UX/UI, content, SEO and accessibility; release approvals and governance (change, compliance, LGPD);
- Support the evolution of release management practices, including deploy planning, release windows, rollbacks, versioning and stakeholder communication;
- Promote agile culture and engineering best practices together with Tech Lead and Chapter Leads (when applicable), encouraging: technical refinement, team agreements, and improvement of the DoD (tests, code review, observability, documentation);
- Manage stakeholders (Product, UX, Engineering, BI/Analytics, Marketing, Content, Operations), ensuring transparency, alignment and expectation management;
- Support the implementation and use of product and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, lead time, burndown, defect rate, incidents, release stability), as well as digital indicators (e.g., conversion, crash rate, performance, Core Web Vitals, funnel).
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master in digital product squads (app and/or web), working alongside PO, developers, QA and UX;
- Experience with delivery cycles that include CI/CD, continuous deployment and release governance;
- Experience in environments with a design system, multiple technical dependencies and integration with APIs/services;
- Practical mastery of Scrum and applicable knowledge of Kanban/flow management (WIP, flow metrics, classes of service);
- Proficiency in agile management tools: Jira (preferred) and/or Azure DevOps, with the ability to structure boards, workflows, reports and dashboards;
- Experience with collaboration and discovery tools: Confluence, Miro/Mural, Notion or similar;
- Familiarity with digital delivery practices and tools: CI/CD (concepts and pipeline routines), release and deploy management, versioning and branching (Git concepts).
