• Support day-to-day HR operations across core people processes, including employee relations administration, payroll and benefits support, policy guidance, and administrative HR tasks.
• Help bring company policies and handbook guidelines to life by responding to employee and manager questions with clarity and care, supporting policy acknowledgments, and reinforcing consistent application across locations.
• Escalate interpretation or exception requests as needed to ensure compliance while contributing to a positive, welcoming employee experience aligned with MOIC’s people-first culture.

• Serve as a trusted point of support for employees by managing leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and accommodation cases with care and attention to detail.
• Deliver responsive HR support through the ticketing system by triaging requests, resolving routine inquiries, documenting cases, and ensuring a timely, consistent, and supportive employee experience.

Human Resources Operations Specialist

Accounts Payable

• Monitor Ramp daily for new card transactions, bill pay submissions, and incoming invoices.
• Review, code, and document vendor invoices within Ramp to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Confirm receipt matching and compliance for card transactions before syncing to NetSuite.
• Prepare transactions for weekly syncs with NetSuite after final review and approvals.
• Follow up with GMs and approvers to ensure timely coding and approvals.
• Communicate outstanding issues to the finance team prior to sync.

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality local partners across schools, family-focused orgs, cultural institutions, local businesses, influencers, and community groups.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure cross-promotional and community partnerships that drive attendance, awareness, and revenue.

• Own the end-to-end onboarding program and process management for hourly, seasonal, and corporate team members across all business functions with a deep focus on Site Operations.
• Ensure new hires are operationally prepared for day one through coordinated system access, equipment readiness, training assignments, and orientation delivery.
