About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for research customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of research products and workflows to help researchers use the platform effectively
  • Provide front-line customer support, including issue diagnosis and guidance for research clients
  • Own issue intake, triage, and escalation, partnering closely with Research and Development teams to ensure timely, effective resolution
  • Create, track, and manage Jira tickets to document issues and follow them through to completion

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., neuroscience, biomedical engineering, computer science, engineering, or related)
  • Ability to understand and communicate research or medical technology concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-facing mindset
  • Comfort with technical tools and systems; basic technical literacy required
  • Interest in or early experience with sales or customer success in a research or technical environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or ability to learn quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
