About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with new customers and partner accounts
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams on onboarding, customer satisfaction, and market alignment
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
- Align solutions with customer business initiatives and deliver tailored demonstrations
- Prepare and present proposals, license agreements, and statements of work
- Maintain relationships with customer advocates and champions through stakeholder and executive alignment
- Contribute field insights to go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, and events
- Support internal partners in executing successful initiatives
- Manage post-sale activities with Customer Care and Accounting teams
- Meet or exceed annual sales quota targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in both channel and direct sales
- Demonstrated success consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Natural hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to take ownership and drive key business decisions
- Persuasive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
- Ability to ensure accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (required)
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in customer communications management (CCM) platform sales
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling software or cloud-based applications within the financial services industry
- Experience in the SaaS industry and understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and customer engagement and retention best practices
- Proven record of leading new business growth
- Must be based in the United States
