Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartership (MSCSI/MRICS) or already enrolled on the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) of the SCSI.
High appreciation of professional and project-based building surveying matters.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team and on own initiative.
Strong Priority/Project Management skills.
