Territory Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
- Represent Murphy Geospatial at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
- Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to analyse key information throughout the bidding process
- Research and pursue new leads to support ongoing business development
- Accurately record activities and maintain data in the company CRM system
- Work with senior team members to support delivery of key performance plans and strategic objectives
- Partner with sales teams and estimators across departments to deliver bundled, multi-disciplinary service offerings
- Provide weekly reports on activity, pipeline movement, and progress against targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years’ experience selling solution-led propositions into the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
- Willingness to travel frequently across the London region
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
