About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Utilize tools like Leica Cyclone Register 360, StarNet and AutoCAD to process and manipulate geospatial data for various engineering projects.
- Management and analysis of point cloud data, extracting key information as needed and ensuring its integration into project designs and analysis.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all processed data, adhering to project specifications and timelines.
- Work closely with surveyors, engineers, and designers to support project goals, providing accurate geospatial data and insights.
- Generate and present geospatial data analysis in clear, concise reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity in data interpretation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Engineering, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in geospatial data processing or a similar field.
- Familiarity with other geospatial tools and software is a plus.
- Proficiency with Leica Cyclone Register 360, AutoCAD, the Microsoft Office suite, and StarNet for geospatial data analysis and management.
- An understanding of how the Digital Engineering teams carry out their work in the field.
- Experience working with point clouds—ability to extract, analyze, and apply data to engineering projects would be an advantage.
- Comfortable handling different incoming design information formats, ensuring compatibility and proper integration.
