Growth Marketing

• Develop lifecycle strategies for each key relationship in our network using a combination of inbound and outbound tactics, referral programs, and community prioritization strategies;
• Drive product-led growth initiatives by collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development based on network feedback, A/B testing results, and competitive analysis;
• Create strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology platforms, and distribution channels to extend our network’s reach, broaden our presence in partnership with Communications, and unlock new growth opportunities;
• Design and support multiple opportunities for relationship-building campaigns with Communications across paid, owned, and earned media;
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to network growth, Partner acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral metrics;
• Establish, manage, and drive a development pipeline capable of augmenting our earned revenue growth, including both proposals and reporting;
• Recruit, develop, and provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Growth Team by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning;
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align growth priorities with overall organization objectives, communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities; and
• Stay informed about social impact, philanthropy, and organizing trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies through active participation in cross-sector events; and
• Represent the organization externally as a thought leader and industry expert, participating in speaking engagements, panel discussions, and media interviews to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.

• Be a driver: Decide on key architecture changes and features that help us design, build, and maintain components that build user trust. Your systems thinking will help us make smart long-term decisions and mitigate risks

Staff Software Engineer

Data Scientist

• Understand the data requirements of a set of partners for their respective civic engagement campaigns and ensure the data-related products and services are being set up to meet those expectations;
• In collaboration with Partnership Success Managers, establish strong relationships with partners to ensure the best possible support of their data work through regular communication and meetings;
• Provide support to colleagues within the Partnerships Team, and partners directly, around the rules and processes around how data is managed by Murmuration;
• Gather a proactive understanding of assigned partner long-term data requirements and provide recommendations and requirements for enhancements or new data solutions;
• Provide support to partners when they raise data issues that require resolution, including the coordination of internal and external parties (such as Data Vendors, Technology Partners); and
• Make recommendations and provide strategic support regarding ways to make data and database operations more efficient and effective to support partner needs.

• As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead key components of Organizer, Murmuration’s SaaS platform, which provides data, insights, and tools to community-focused organizations to foster meaningful connections and activate communities.
• You'll work with a talented team to build user flows and features related to core platform experiences – things like CRM/data management, campaign management, or community outreach through a variety of channels.
• You'll discover what users value most and help translate those learnings into quality product experiences.
• You will ultimately help lead the development of the most effective and intuitive platform for advocacy and community organizing.
• You’ll join our team of Product Managers developing a suite of mobile and web applications – all focused on helping our partners increase civic engagement for a more equitable future.
• You’ll work closely with the Organizer engineering team, designers, leadership, and community partners to deepen understanding of user needs, champion thoughtful design solutions, and help ensure Organizer evolves in ways that meaningfully support civic engagement efforts.
