About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run ad hoc queries and answer questions submitted by customers and internal stakeholders.
Lead projects to produce new reports: Coordinate with stakeholders to define the need, iterate on the design, work with technical team to create underlying data pipelines.
Lead select analytics projects depending on team need – projects may include product analytics, clinical analytics or business analytics.
Troubleshoot issues with automated reports.
Contribute to team documentation.
React to stakeholders needs in a timely manner (typically within a day or sooner).
Recognize and troubleshoot reporting issues with urgency (also within a day).
Manage at least 1-2 longer term projects in addition to the daily stakeholder management and troubleshooting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience transforming large datasets into insights, ideally including use of a visualization platform (e.g. BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Proficiency in SQL (would consider candidates with experience with other programming languages, if they have at least intermediate proficiency).
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. analytics, statistics, computer science, data science), or equivalent practical experience.
