About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with managers to implement and deploy HR strategy
- Monitor skills development and internal mobility
- Serve as a central point for recruitment and onboarding
- Contribute to the implementation of Murfy’s HR policies
- Lead projects to meet HR objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Knowledge of end-to-end HR cycles: interview campaigns, salary reviews, training plans
- Proficiency in data-driven HR management (HR analytics)
- Experience managing HR tools/projects
