About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administrative management prior to site work and client file follow-up
  • Centralize and assemble complete client files
  • Issue deposit invoices and monitor payments
  • Manage interactions with the National Committee for the Safety of Electricity Users (Consuel)
  • Maintain client communication in writing and by phone
  • Manage incoming email flows and forward information to internal teams
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation to standardize work protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) holder or currently completing one
  • Specialization in Administrative Management, Sales Administration (ADV) or Project Management
  • Excellent communicator: strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigor, logical thinking and excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
