About the role
- Design, develop and implement automatic test equipment and test programs for design verification and production testing
- Design of electronic circuits and writing test software to accomplish full test automation
- Develop, maintain, and support all production test procedures and equipment on site and in other locations abroad
- Support test development and characterization of pSemi’s leading edge Boost, Buck, and Charge Pump products
- Work closely with Design and Characterization Engineers during all phases of IC development and support all lab ATE test development activities
- Work on probe and final test development for complex Power Management devices
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related
- 60 months of progressive work experience as a Senior Test Verification Engineer
- Work experience to include at least 60 months of progressive work experience with each of the following:
- Test development for PMIC products, debug and measurement
- Analog, digital circuits, testing concepts, Boost, Buck, Charge Pump circuit operation and testing principles
- ATE Test Hardware, Software Development, C, C++
- Statistical data analysis and techniques, schematic capture, PCB design for test fixtures
- Lab test equipment including SMU’s, DMM’s, power supplies, Oscilloscopes
