About the role
- Overseeing the Reliability electrical read point testing and data analysis.
- Responsible for Reliability test lots, hardware and equipment tracking.
- Work with minimal supervision and build working relationships with other engineering groups.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of commitment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Reliability electrical testing and Reliability WIP tracking.
- Knowledge of automated test equipment and its operation.
- At least 3 years of related experience in the Semiconductor industry.
- Result-oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
