About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and facilitate global People & Culture learning initiatives and programs across the designated region.
Work closely with P&C and management in the region, to identify business needs, and support the execution of local learning and development initiatives aligned with those needs.
Ensure alignment with global strategies while tailoring programs to regional requirements.
Actively contribute to the design, development, administration and project management of global L&D programs and initiatives as part of the CoE team.
Ensure compliance with local legislation by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), for topics such as Safety and Compliance training tailored to local requirements.
Support roll out of other global initiatives within the People Development function's responsibility; such as talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions
