About the role
- Contact potential and existing members to promote Municipal Credit Union’s membership, products and services
- Drive new member acquisition and increase products and services penetration
- Ensure a positive member experience
- Achieve individual and team production/performance goals
- Maintain accurate member records and notes
- Participate in team meetings, training, coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection and financial regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in outbound sales
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings
- Ability to perform and meet expectations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Technologically proficient.
