About the role

  • Manage HR activities including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions
  • Develop and manage a branch business plan aimed at specific goals
  • Direct and actively participate in strategy and tactics including being active in your local community, outbound calling, in-branch selling, branch campaigns, service calls
  • Evaluate areas of need to deepen member relationships
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of branch or managerial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Highly ethical
  • Available to work Saturdays
