About the role
- Manage HR activities including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and compensation decisions
- Develop and manage a branch business plan aimed at specific goals
- Direct and actively participate in strategy and tactics including being active in your local community, outbound calling, in-branch selling, branch campaigns, service calls
- Evaluate areas of need to deepen member relationships
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years of branch or managerial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work flexible hours
- Highly ethical
- Available to work Saturdays
