About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and further develop customers in the DACH region
  • Expand existing customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities
  • Sell technically sophisticated products, especially in the area of mobile hydraulics, hydraulic motors and steering units
  • Work with OEM customers and/or distributors
  • Analyze market potential and identify new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Pricing, Customer Service, Product/Application Engineering and R&D
  • Prepare quotes, presentations and sales reports
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and coordinate with the Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in technical sales of hydraulic systems or related drive and industrial technologies
  • At least five to six years’ experience in industrial sales, preferably in an OEM environment
  • Technical background through vocational training, degree or many years of practical experience
  • German at native or business‑fluent level
  • Fluent English for international collaboration
  • Additional European language skills are a plus
  • Experience in dynamic, competitive markets
  • Confident use of analytical tools and Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel to successfully support and develop customers in the DACH region
