Sales Manager – Sensor Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop customers in the DACH region
- Expand existing customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities
- Sell technically sophisticated products, especially in the area of mobile hydraulics, hydraulic motors and steering units
- Work with OEM customers and/or distributors
- Analyze market potential and identify new sales opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams such as Pricing, Customer Service, Product/Application Engineering and R&D
- Prepare quotes, presentations and sales reports
- Participate in regular sales meetings and coordinate with the Sales Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in technical sales of hydraulic systems or related drive and industrial technologies
- At least five to six years’ experience in industrial sales, preferably in an OEM environment
- Technical background through vocational training, degree or many years of practical experience
- German at native or business‑fluent level
- Fluent English for international collaboration
- Additional European language skills are a plus
- Experience in dynamic, competitive markets
- Confident use of analytical tools and Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to successfully support and develop customers in the DACH region
