About the role
- Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in the Benelux countries with a focus on the Netherlands and parts of Belgium
- Build, lead and develop a small sales team focused on new business and existing customers
- Operational involvement in day-to-day business, including responsibility for a personal sales territory and direct customer support
- Manage and expand strategic customer and partner relationships
- Conduct market analyses to identify growth opportunities and support product positioning
- Primary objective: increase revenue within the territory
- Responsible for forecasts, budgeting and achieving targets
Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience in fluid technology or a related industry
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Initial leadership experience desirable but not required
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Based at the Dutch site (presence in the Netherlands required)
- Business-fluent Dutch, English and German; good knowledge of French is an advantage
