About the role
- Manage conversational products;
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, present ideas and conduct discovery sessions;
- Propose improvements, new flows and features based on results, benchmarks and business needs;
- Write user stories and organize requests for the technical team;
- Prioritize deliveries with a focus on impact and feasibility;
- Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments based on data and feedback;
- Serve as the point of connection between the client, technical team and internal Mundiale departments.
Requirements
- Experience with digital products/technology solutions aimed at business needs;
- Knowledge of performance indicator analysis;
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams;
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset for data-driven decision making;
- Organization and proactivity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte, MG.
