About the role
- Translate technical results into clear, actionable business insights.
- Design and run systematic experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Apply data augmentation and balancing techniques to optimize model generalization.
- Create visualizations and statistical analyses (distributions, co-occurrences, n-grams, embeddings).
- Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers and product teams to prototype analytical solutions and predictive models.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised modeling.
- Knowledge of applied NLP and semantic representation techniques (embeddings, vectorization, dimensionality reduction).
- Familiarity with LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
