Email CRM & Automation Manager

Manager

• Managing research projects end-to-end: from briefing and methodology design through to data collection, analysis, and final reporting.
• Working across a range of methods including social listening, online surveys, qualitative discussion, and community platform data analysis.
• Developing story-driven reports and presentations that translate findings into clear, actionable insight for clients across sectors including finance, charity, and FMCG.
• Contributing to research proposals and helping to win new client work.
• Liaising with Mumsnet members to encourage participation in Insight projects and the Mumsnet Voices panel.
• Pulling together audience insight, community data, and topical trends to support brand partnership pitch decks.
• Working with the Brand Partnerships team to identify data stories that strengthen our commercial propositions.
• Compiling topical insight packs for internal teams including Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Campaigns.

Insight Manager

Analyst

• owning the technical and analytical work that keeps our ad stack running and growing — from partner onboarding and campaign troubleshooting to revenue reporting and automation
• SSP onboarding and management: Setting up new partners into our stack (Prebid, Ozone, TAM, App), removing or migrating partners from client-side to server-side, and tracking revenue impact over time
• GAM trafficking and troubleshooting: Setting up and troubleshooting programmatic campaigns in Google Ad Manager; diagnosing delivery issues and fixing them
• Reporting and analytics: Owning BAU revenue reporting, monitoring bid-level data (bid rates, win rates, latency), running weekly capacity and viewability checks, and support to produce ad hoc and monthly business reports
• Automation: Identifying repetitive tasks that can be streamlined and using AI tools to build lightweight solutions (think Google Apps Scripts, workflow automations); you don't need to be an engineer, but you need the curiosity and aptitude to figure things out
• Partnership intelligence: Getting to know what each SSP and ad tech partner does, monitoring their performance, flagging concerns, and bringing new products or opportunities to the table
• Dynamic pricing and yield: Reviewing dynamic pricing performance and making data-backed recommendations
• Ad quality and compliance: Managing ad block policies, dealing with bad ad reports, maintaining ads.txt/app.txt, Prebid maintenance

Programmatic Revenue Analyst

Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of 10+ Gold Partner accounts, with a clear revenue target.
• Identify where existing partnerships are under-leveraged and reshape them to unlock step-change growth, moving beyond campaign execution to solving the commercial problem
• Diagnose why a partnership is not growing and propose a clear, commercially grounded plan to unlock additional spend
• Build bespoke, always-on partnership propositions tailored to each client’s objectives, audience needs and budget cycle
• Identify, approach and convert major FMCG, grocery, retail and parenting brands into new Gold Partner relationships
• Build and execute outbound strategies using audience insight, category knowledge and market intelligence
• Cultivate long term relationships with senior marketing leaders at major clients, offering value at every stage.
• Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, close and renewal
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline and accurate forecast inputs
• Operate confidently at Marketing Director and Head of Brand level, leading strategic commercial conversations — not just responding to briefs
• Challenge client assumptions where needed, reallocate budget based on insight, and position Mumsnet as an always-on strategic partner.
• Lead on strategy and creativity for pitches, translating client objectives into partnership ideas that span awareness and performance
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Editorial, Product and Marketing to shape compelling, differentiated proposals
• Embed AI in your workflow to improve account research, audience insight, proposal development and pipeline management
• Contribute to the commercial team’s collective standard, raising the quality of proposals, pitches and client engagement, and distilling best practices across the team.
