Key responsibilities & impact

Provides comprehensive, intensive case management and complex service coordination for toddlers accessing pre-school.
Utilizes advanced assessment skills and in-depth knowledge of multiple interconnected systems and childhood development to mitigate complex support needs.
Coordinates services, ensures child safety, and facilitates transition to an educational setting.
Conducts comprehensive, advanced assessments to determine complex support needs of children identified by the preschool provider.
Develops, implements, and monitors support plans that address unique needs, choices, strengths, and risks of the child for preschool access.
Monitors and documents behavior services compliance with approved models.
Identifies gaps in community services and recommends cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of the public service system for developmental disabilities services in Oregon
A bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field, OR a bachelor’s degree in any field and one year of Human services related experience, OR an associate’s degree in a behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two (2) years of human services related experience, OR three (3) years of human services related experience.
Must have a valid driver license
Must pass a criminal background check
