About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs)
Serve as a liaison between FSTs and Regional Service Director
Provide specific application, product, and technical knowledge to FSTs
Ensure compliance with safety rules and engage in risk assessment and root cause analysis
Conduct performance reviews consistent with company policy and assist with goal setting
Work closely with Regional Scheduler to meet assigned objectives
Travel to customer sites to address high profile immediate needs
Create reports identifying field issues with recommendations for resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline
4 years of experience directly servicing MULTIVAC equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Current valid U.S. driver’s license
Ability to obtain a passport
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
