About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs)
- Serve as a liaison between FSTs and Regional Service Director
- Provide specific application, product, and technical knowledge to FSTs
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and engage in risk assessment and root cause analysis
- Conduct performance reviews consistent with company policy and assist with goal setting
- Work closely with Regional Scheduler to meet assigned objectives
- Travel to customer sites to address high profile immediate needs
- Create reports identifying field issues with recommendations for resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- 4 years of experience directly servicing MULTIVAC equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Current valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a passport
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization
