About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly sell MULTIVAC products and services to assigned critical key customer accounts
  • Manage the sales process including pre-sales activities and post-sales follow-up
  • Partner closely with the MULTIVAC Customer Service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Travel approximately 3-4 days a week with office preparation and follow-up
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts
  • Provide all necessary information for sales proposals and orders
  • Prepare detailed proposals/quotes according to customer requirements
  • Manage customer expectations relating to the order process
  • Participate in strategic account planning process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related discipline
  • Seven years selling custom capital equipment
  • Key account management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
