Key Account Manager – Food Processing, Packaging Equipment
MULTIVAC USAKey Account Manager selling MULTIVAC food processing and packaging products. Managing long-term customer relationships and driving sales strategy with high-level service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly sell MULTIVAC products and services to assigned critical key customer accounts
- Manage the sales process including pre-sales activities and post-sales follow-up
- Partner closely with the MULTIVAC Customer Service team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Travel approximately 3-4 days a week with office preparation and follow-up
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts
- Provide all necessary information for sales proposals and orders
- Prepare detailed proposals/quotes according to customer requirements
- Manage customer expectations relating to the order process
- Participate in strategic account planning process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other related discipline
- Seven years selling custom capital equipment
- Key account management experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
