About the role

  • Define and maintain the cashier product roadmap aligned with platform strategy and commercial priorities
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering delivery
  • Define and monitor key KPIs such as deposit conversion, acceptance rate, withdrawal latency, error rates and provider performance
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of PSP integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for payment providers and internal teams
  • Coordinate API integrations, webhooks, redirects, and wallet flows across payment methods
  • Work closely with Engineering to implement and test new payment methods and PSP features, resolve integration issues, and coordinate integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
  • Monitor transaction flows, error rates, and system alerts across PSPs
  • Investigate payment incidents, failed transactions, and reconciliation issues
  • Support optimization initiatives such as smart routing and fallback logic, provider performance comparisons, and reduction of payment failures and declines

Requirements

  • Strong iGaming payments experience with deep understanding of cashier flows
  • Hands-on experience integrating PSPs, gateways, and alternative payment methods
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, 3DSecure, tokenisation, and transaction lifecycles
  • Experience working in multi-brand or multi-tenant platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with focus on conversion and performance optimisation
