About the role
- Create copy, captions, scripts, and creative concepts for campaigns and social media.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Generate ideas for posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Adapt texts to different tones of voice and platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, motion designers, video teams, and influencers to produce end-to-end content.
- Monitor trends and propose innovative formats.
- Review texts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with guidelines.
- Manage communities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or social media.
- Excellent written Portuguese and the ability to adapt to different tones of voice.
- Creativity, organization, and speed in execution.
- Experience with social media platforms and content best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Intermediate English.
