Design, implement, and maintain our IT systems
Troubleshoot internal IT challenges as they arise
Ensure our compliance with clients’ IT security policies and procedures
Perform regular maintenance tasks
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software licenses
Support team onboarding and offboarding from both internal and client systems
Stay up to date on emerging technologies, and tools

Requirements
Proven 3 years full-time experience in an IT support role
Hands-on experience providing support in both Windows and MacOS environments, including setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance
Demonstrated experience supporting cloud-based tools, and managing user accounts, permissions, and licenses
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
Excellent problem-solving skills
