• Produce work that meets Multiplayer's expectations around quality
• Identify and analyze more complex problems and identify causes and solutions with minimal oversight
• Adapt to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow with minimal supervision
• Help facilitate the execution of research and transform insights into actionable design opportunities
• Produce interactive prototypes to test ideas and gather user feedback
• Create rapid iterations to speed up decision making
• Facilitate client workshop activities
• Articulate the value of good design in client communications
• Support the creation of visually appealing presentations
• Maintain regular client syncs to manage client expectations
• Contribute to the creation of pitch presentations and other relevant assets
