About the role
- Control and monitoring of transportation requests (deliveries and material pickups, stock transfers, loading and transport tracking);
- Preparation and monitoring of fleet indicators, workflows and costs;
- Preparation and monitoring of operation reports and KPIs;
- Management of the SLA for services provided to customers (internal and external);
- Monitoring and management of discrepancies;
- Participation in alignment meetings for the area's projects;
- Analysis of reports (orders and deliveries).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering;
- Solid experience in logistics;
- Experience in transportation (service procurement, scheduling/dispatching and management);
- Negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication;
- Microsoft Office – intermediate Excel;
- Experience with computerized systems.
