About the role

  • Supervise the customer service team, ensuring efficient, high-quality service.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and service levels (SLA – Service Level Agreement).
  • Serve as the escalation point for resolving customers’ critical issues.
  • Monitor service performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.
  • Create and review scripts and service flows to standardize communication.
  • Oversee and validate the onboarding of new customers in the company's ERP/TMS.
  • Ensure the updating and maintenance of customer registration information.
  • Implement processes to ensure the reliability of registered data.
  • Supervise the receipt and processing of transport and logistics schedules.
  • Ensure accurate entry of information into the system to prevent operational errors.
  • Monitor service execution and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and IT teams to align processes.
  • Log and analyze customer complaints, proposing effective solutions.
  • Prepare management reports on service performance and service quality.
  • Train the customer service team to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Solid experience in logistics.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • MS Office — intermediate Excel.
  • Experience with computerized systems.
