Product Manager

• Drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS.
• Translate complex financial workflows into well-defined product requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Commercial teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise and manage backlog effectively.
• Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
• Work across modules (Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
• Ensure feature alignment and avoid workflow fragmentation.
• Support integration consistency across the OS.
• Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows.
• Convert operational needs into intuitive product flows.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards.
• Embed control logic into feature design.
• Monitor feature adoption and usage.
