About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on customer and stakeholder feedback, market trends, and business goals
  • Work with the development teams to ensure that product features are clearly defined, prioritized, well understood, and delivered on time within scope
  • Provide backup QA/Support as needed to support the team
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that the product meets customer needs
  • Define product vision with visual prototyping tools and lead design sessions with engineers and business SME’s
  • Ensure that the product meets quality standards as well as customer and business expectations
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and product vision
  • Lead steering committee meetings with senior leadership to provide product updates and solicit feedback
  • Assist the scrum team to optimize agile practices and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure that our product remains innovative and competitive
  • Manage and build product reporting within data visualization tools for internal and external clients
  • Other relevant responsibilities to meet business needs and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Scrum Product Owner certification
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of agile software development processes
  • Experience managing QA teams and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Sisense, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Leverage AI to improve efficiency and productivity
