About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategy, execution, and financial performance of comprehensive pricing operations across all sales channels
Develop and execute pricing strategies across proprietary and third-party channels
Design, implement, track, and analyze pricing experiments and tests to optimize revenue and margin
Document pricing experiment learnings and inform scalable strategies using elasticity analysis and competitive intelligence
Provide pricing recommendations and financial modeling to company management
Present analytical findings through clear presentations and data visualizations
Pursue pricing optimization opportunities and manage pricing policy implementations
Own pricing performance metrics, including margin analysis, price realization, competitive positioning, and revenue impact
Ensure pricing compliance across channels and address pricing discrepancies with relevant teams
Analyze sales, cost, market pricing, customer segment, and price sensitivity datasets
Develop regular pricing performance reports for stakeholders
Coordinate competitive pricing audits and market analysis across product categories
Monitor pricing performance and competitive dynamics in real time
Address pricing issues promptly and recommend immediate adjustments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
2–4+ years of professional experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, financial analysis, or a related analytically rigorous role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including essential proficiency in data analysis
Access to high-speed home Wi-Fi
Ability to work effectively during US business hours
Ability to understand complex models and generate innovative pricing solutions within market constraints
Strong quantitative problem-solving skills
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python, or advanced Excel modeling
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Technical proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SQL or similar database query languages
Understanding of pricing strategies in e-commerce or retail environments
Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance in pricing experiments
Basic knowledge of financial analysis
