About the role
- Be the subject matter expert on end-to-end view from sales expectations to manufacturing KPIs
- Support forecast build by collecting sales expectations and translating them into actionable targets
- Develop variance analysis for internal reporting to COO and CFO
- Manage two roles in stock accounting and valuation
- Work with Commercial Finance & B&M to create SKU budget
- Monitor overhead costs and spending
- Produce weekly insights report and detailed monthly reporting pack
- Collaborate with finance stock team on margin adjustments
Requirements
- Qualified through CIMA ideally or equivalent
- Strong commercial finance and activity based costing skills
- Post qualification experience in a multi entity, multi jurisdiction environment
- Strong business partner experience
- Experience in month end management accounting and KPI deliverables
- Good people leader
- Collaborative and problem-solving ability
- Systems transformation and implementation experience
