About the role

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Guide and support software teams in adopting and continuously improving Agile practices
Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Project Managers to ensure effective sprint execution and cross-functional coordination
Identify and help remove obstacles that may hinder team progress
Maintain and refine workflows in Jira (or equivalent), ensuring process transparency and alignment
Support hybrid Agile/waterfall coordination between software, hardware, and integration teams
Monitor Agile metrics and team dashboards to track progress and drive continuous improvement

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or engineering-focused environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology
Proficiency with Jira and related tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., software, robotics, integration)
Ability to work as a registered freelancer/contractor in the Netherlands or EU
Availability of 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or higher)
Background in software development, robotics, automation, or embedded systems
Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Miro, or ClickUp
Experience working in hybrid Agile environments or matrix organizations
