About the role

  • Analyzing metric data trends and actionable use of data through data queries
  • Work with a broad range of teams and roles across the organization
  • Validate data source(s) and calculation logic
  • Perform metric value analysis during monthly metric collection period
  • Establish and document monthly repeatable metric value data quality and trending analysis process
  • Liaising between the Business and Technology teams

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Business / Data Analysis experience
  • Data Analysis, Data Query skills, Data Science background and experience required
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for assessment of complex production support issues
  • Experience with identifying, collecting, and reporting metrics
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Experience in the banking or finance institutions preferred
  • B.S. Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
