About the role
- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy
- Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc., as needed
- Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
- Assess market trends and competitors
- Identify threats and opportunities
- Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
- Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects
- Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
- Support senior executive decision-making processes
Requirements
- Related experience as a strategic planner or business analyst
- Experience in a large financial institution or heavily regulated environment preferred
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
- Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field
