About the role
- Expand ConeTec’s client experience program across the U.S.
- Build relationships and present capabilities
- Support regional teams and ensure brand visibility
- Conduct outreach to priority accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the geotechnical and environmental sectors
- Create regional client newsletters and coordinate/market demonstrations or courses
- Represent ConeTec at conferences, workshops, and association events
- Schedule and coordinate capability presentations
- Shadow RMs/BD team initially to learn content
- Help maintain and tailor capability decks
- Attend local and regional industry events
- Maintain a U.S. BD calendar and arrange client meetings
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related
- Experience in an A/E/C firm
- Open to entry → mid-level BD professionals
- Helpful: sales, BD, marketing, consulting, or technical client-facing roles
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting clients
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly organized
- Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Enjoys switching between client-facing, planning, logistics, and coordination
- Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in BD
