Make build/kill decisions on features that aren't delivering
Set and hit ambitious targets for platform performance, reliability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

3+ years in product, engineering, DevOps, or technical operations roles
Deep understanding of hosting infrastructure, cloud platforms, databases, monitoring
You've built or operated production systems at scale - you know what breaks and why
Product sense: you can identify what users actually need vs. what they ask for
Ownership mentality: you see problems and fix them without being asked
Communication skills to work with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration and making decisions with incomplete information
Bonus points: Prior Product Owner or Product Manager experience
Experience with Odoo, ERP systems, or B2B SaaS platforms
Background in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
You've shipped infrastructure products or developer tools
Experience with BI/analytics platforms and data pipelines
You've scaled a platform from 10 to 100+ customers.
