About the role

Independently lead and manage IT implementation sub-projects, gaining hands-on experience in project management
Use excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and refine requirements
Analyze and design business IT processes and automations to deliver impactful solutions and improve efficiency and productivity
Produce feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to inform project viability and strategic decision-making
Prepare and deliver workshops and client presentations and pitch decks
Assess IT architectures and develop strategies to optimize systems and operations

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or another relevant field
Very fast comprehension, analytical working style, and strong commitment
Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and problem solving
Fluency (min. C1) in both English and German is required
