About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with various teams across the organization to map out their daily administrative tasks and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.

- Build and refine solutions that measurably reduce the time spent on manual data entry or scheduling.
- Maintain organized documentation of new processes to ensure they remain functional and scalable after your internship concludes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A natural drive to find efficiencies in complex workflows and a passion for making systems run better.
- A strong technical background and the ability to confidently navigate and deploy a range of modern AI-powered tools.
- The ability to take a messy administrative process and successfully rebuild it into a streamlined, efficient process.
- A background in Computer Science or a related field that allows you to understand the logic behind digital workflows.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with others and the ability to translate technical solutions into easy-to-use tools for non-technical colleagues.
