Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with various teams across the organization to map out their daily administrative tasks and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
Design and deploy smart solutions using tools like Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI to handle repetitive internal tasks.
Build and refine solutions that measurably reduce the time spent on manual data entry or scheduling.
Maintain organized documentation of new processes to ensure they remain functional and scalable after your internship concludes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A natural drive to find efficiencies in complex workflows and a passion for making systems run better.
A strong technical background and the ability to confidently navigate and deploy a range of modern AI-powered tools.
The ability to take a messy administrative process and successfully rebuild it into a streamlined, efficient process.
A background in Computer Science or a related field that allows you to understand the logic behind digital workflows.
A genuine enjoyment of working with others and the ability to translate technical solutions into easy-to-use tools for non-technical colleagues.
