Report to Global Senior Growth Manager and work on execution (Braze) and strategy for retention CRM
End-to-end implementation of global retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.) including strategy, creative briefs, data integration and testing
Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact and apply insights to improve retention and effectiveness
Optimise CRM automations via continuous A/B testing and experimentation
Collaborate with Growth (Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Reactivation) to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing on automation needs and retention projects to drive subscriber lifetime value via upsell, cross-sell and churn mitigation
Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet evolving business and customer needs
Requirements
5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform (lifecycle automations, Liquid templating, personalisation, content blocks)
Experience with machine learning automation is a strong plus
Strong technical implementation confidence with experience in cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns
Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
Analytics-driven mindset with ability to synthesise and assess data and communicate results and recommendations
Highly self-motivated and autonomous (entrepreneurial attitude)
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
