About the role

  • End-to-end implementation of global acquisition and retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels.
  • Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention.
  • Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
  • Collaborate with the wider CRM & Lifecycle team to share learnings and minimise CRM pressure and clashes.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
  • Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform
  • Confident technical implementation with experience in cross-channel and multi-language CRM campaigns
  • Strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in setup and execution
  • Analytics-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize and assess data
  • Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
  • Passion for cinema, especially independent and international films, is a plus.
